Conferences and events
A congress is not one transfer. It is a speaker landing three hours before the keynote, a delegation arriving on four different flights, and a dinner across town after the last session. We take the small, awkward part of that — the part a shuttle bus cannot do.

Cankarjev dom
In the centre, door to door, no pedestrian-zone complication.
GR Ljubljana
Out by the fairground, further from the old town than first-time visitors expect. Worth a few extra minutes in any schedule.
Grand Hotel Union
On the main avenue, a door pickup with no walking.
Four Points by Sheraton Ljubljana Mons
Towards the ring road with its own parking: ten minutes from the centre by car and nothing walkable from it.
Hotel Slon
Central, on Slovenska cesta, the same easy case as the Union.
Arena Stožice
North of the centre, straightforward by road and not a walkable transfer.

What we do not do
Up to five passengers in one car, with luggage. Larger groups we discuss individually — tell us the numbers and the schedule and you will get a straight answer about what we can cover ourselves and what we would arrange alongside.
